Ozdocs International is pleased to announce that a new “Nexdocs” module will be released in 2020. This product will initially replace Primedocs product for Dairy commodity and caters for the new “Nexdoc-Next Export Documentation System” released by Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (DAWE), formerly known as Exdoc or DAFF.
The product has been created to help automate manual certification and supporting export documentation. This reduces the need for paper applications including:
• Non-prescribed goods (other goods and honey)
• Non-Australian product
• Re-export certification
• On-forwarding letters
• Extra certificates
• Requests for replacement certificates
Through the new software, you will be able to print the remote print certificates on white paper – certification issued by NEXDOC will have a unique QR code to improve tracking and security, removing the need for blue paper (where agreed with importing countries). It will also identify users as an AEPI (approved export permit issuer), streamlining the authorisation of REXs and removing the need for AQA user Ids.
As DAWE add commodities to the Nexdoc system, we will revise the Nexdocs module to also cater for these commodities.
